Key Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Generation
Identify and target potential clients through research and outreach. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and quotas. Prepare and deliver proposals and pricing to clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Market and Product Knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.

Sales Reporting and Analysis
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client management.
Team Meetings
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy and planning.
Continuous Improvement
Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Implement best practices and innovative sales techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience
Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B sales. Experience in SaaS sales or technology sales with demonstrable knowledge is highly desirable. Strong familiarity with CRM and ERP systems software.
